WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from FREE ZONE OF ISLA MARGARITA (VENEZUELA) in 10 days maximum with tracking number (On your request only by email some customers prefer more discretion). You will receive your tracking number by email the same day of your shipping.
WHY WE NEED TO PAY IN ASIA?
Our warehouse is in FREE ZONE OF ISLA MARGARITA (VENEZUELA) but our offices are in Asia (Thailand and Indonesia) where we manage our activity.
MAY I CALL YOU?
No sorry we do business by internet only. Our staff don't speak enough English and maybe we don't have the same hour of the country where you live!
WHY I NEED TO PAY (with my credit card!) THROUGH WESTERN UNION OR MONEYGRAM AND YOU DON 'T ACCEPT PAYPAL OR DIRECT PAYMENT WITH VISA OR MASTERCARD?
Yes we know the criticisms against western union and moneygram but buying cigarettes online requires discretion (for you and for us) and the name of the website where you purchased is not displayed on your bank account when you purchase by Western Union or moneygram unlike purchases by credit card.
You should also note that payments of theses products are refused by credit cards companies as well as Paypal (read their terms and their refusal in the red text).
IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE, AM I GUARANTEED OF RECEIVING MY ORDER?
We've been selling on internet since 2008 now and have sent thousands of orders since that date. If we had problems there would surely not be enough space in the forums for all of the delivery problems! ON INTERNET SINCE 8 YEARS YOU CAN SEE ONLY 17 COMPLAINTS.......
Because the forums are open to all and the uncontrolled complaints, we have to face 2 criticisms concerning deliveries that are not received.
1/ - The criticisms of our competitors who take great pleasure in trying to demolish us while hiding behind false names. We have 2 court actions against 2 of them!
2/ - And those of our clients whose package arrived late or was lost in the post (these represent less than 2% of all expeditions). These customers are all refunded according to our conditions of sale but ALAS, THEY NEVER COME BACK TO SAY SO ON THE FORUM. Because of this, we lose a lot of customers.

In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs (less than 2%) we offer a choice:
1 - Free re-ship of the same order (or equivalent amount)
2 - Refund that is sent by Western Union within 15 days after the request is received. (note : we are keeping 10% for the money transfer fees) .
